Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade presides over the oathtaking of 12 newly-promoted commodores and Promotion Board members of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) Monday, 18 February 2019, at the DoTr Office in Clark, Pampanga.
“You do your job without favor or patronage. You do your job in the total confidence that is required of your duty. In fact, so confident that you are not allowed to talk or disclose anything about your deliberations except to those na mga nararapat na ma-promote,” Tugade told the oathtakers.
