Two suspected drug dealers were killed when they allegedly engaged anti-narcotics policemen in shoot-outs during separate drug sting operations over the weekend in Laguna.
In Biñan City, Alex Gayoba of Barangay Canlalay, died following a gunfight with the law enforcers during a drug sting in Barangay dela Paz around 3 a.m. Saturday.
Laguna police chief Senior Supt. Elezar Matta said that Gayoba was a known drug dealer in the community and was included in their drug watch list.
Recovered from him were 20 sachets of suspected “shabu” worth P47,600.
