Authorities have arrested the eighth most wanted fugitive in the Eastern Police District (EPD) identified as Ricky Ramos, 43, a suspect charged with multiple theft cases.
Ramos was nabbed by the EPD’s District Special Operations Unit led by Senior Police Officer 1 Charito Accad in a house along West Road 9, Barangay West Crame, San Juan City on Thursday night.
He was found guilty of theft in the cities of Cabanatuan and Makati.

Meanwhile, two alleged dug suspects were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Marikina City.
The drug suspects were identified as Mary Cris Obien, alias Kring-kring, 27, and Roberto Sarcon, alias Bay, 31, both residents of Barangay Nangka, Marikina City.
They were nabbed during a sting operation at Blk. 22, Lot 24, Phase 2, Balubad Settlement, Barangay Nangka, Marikina City at about 9:45 p.m.
