MINNEAPOLIS — Derrick Rose nailed a three-pointer from 18 feet with just 0.6 seconds left to lift the Minnesota Timberwolves to a 116-114 victory over the Phoenix Suns on Sunday.

Rose and Karl-Anthony Towns took turns carrying the Wolves on their backs as they combined for 61 points.
Towns scored 28 of his 30 points in the first half and Rose scored 29 of his 31 points in the second half for the Timberwolves, who had to overcome an 11-point deficit.

“I got to get back into the rhythm of things. I believe in myself and I work on this all the time,” Rose said, who shot 11-of-18 in the second half.
T.J. Warren scored 21 points and Devin Booker and Kelly Oubre each added 18 for Phoenix, who lost all four games on their road trip to drop to 4-20 overall on the road this season.
