Francesca Taruc, 20, from Angeles City, was crowned Miss Tourism World Intercontinental 2019 in Nanjing, China on Tuesday.
Taruc, a Communication Arts graduate from Holy Angel University and is the granddaughter of Supremo Luis Taruc, beat other beauties in the finals of the beauty pageant that also won for her the Miss City tourism World Intercontinental 2019 title. (Video from MTWI)
