A 21-year-old man who can’t control his bladder ended up in jail.
On Saturday night, policemen spotted Samuel Badinas taking a leak beside a car parked along NAIA Road in Barangay 198, Pasay City.
The lawmen accosted him for violation of City Ordinance 1572 which prohibits urinating in public places.
As part of the regular procedure, the police frisked Badinas after his arrest and found he was keeping a sachet of shabu in his right palm.
The police officers, including PO2 Alvin Pagayon, PO2 Julius Fabre, PO1 Hukku Necesserio, PO1 Pedro Durian and PO1 Patrick Arandia, brought Badinas to the police headquarters for processing and detention.
Badinas will face charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
