FACEBOOK PHOTO The Cagayan North International Airport (CNIA) in Lal-lo, Cagayan is now open for commercial flights, both domestic and international, Malacañang announced on Thursday.
“Local and foreign tourists and investors may now travel and explore Cagayan province through its Cagayan North International Airport located in the town of Lal-lo,” Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque said. This is after the CNIA has received its accreditation from the International Civil Aviation Organization, Roque said citing the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority. “This is considered as an international gateway to the Cagayan Special Economic Zone and Freeport which gives our global investors an easy, convenient, and faster access to the Freeport,” he said.
