Munti college goes hi-tech

According to the Muntinlupa City public information office, the engineering school is equipped with solar panels for power and a rainwater collection system for recycling water.

Other tech-driven innovations include the use of sunbreakers and windbreakers, among a host of environment-friendly architectural features, to make the classrooms more conducive to studying.

CdM administrator Dr. Teresita Fortuna said the institution is providing top-notch education on science and technology from highly esteemed faculty providing integrated training with top-of-the-line industrial equipment.

Formerly a DoST-NCR regional director, Fortuna said among the members of the faculty are Dr. Nathaniel Hermosa and Harvey Malolos.

Hermosa was the Outstanding Young Scientist awardee of the National Academy of Science and Technology while Malolos was the 2014 Civil Engineering Licensure Exam topnotcher.

Located at Posadas Avenue, Sucat, Muntinlupa City, CdM offers several engineering degrees such as Civil, Computer, Electrical, Electronics and Mechanical. Non-Muntinlupa residents can also enrol at the said college. KVD
