The LizQuen starrer remained unrivaled in its timeslot as it drew more viewers nationwide than its new rival show, according to data from Kantar Media. The show garnered a national TV rating of 29.2 percent across urban and rural homes, 11.5 points higher than GMA’s new show Onanay which received 17.7 percent. It also earned a national TV rating of 27.4 percent last Friday 3 August, beating the finale episode of Kambal, Karibal. In the episode, Ganda (Liza Soberano) and Lakas (Enrique Gil) continued on their journey to the Bulkan ng Sinukuan in search of the cure for the heroine. However, the people of Sansinukob grow restless with the threat of the monster inside Ganda destroying their world. Will Lakas and Ganda reach the cure in time? Angelina Jolie’s attorney filed papers at the Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday saying the actress wants divorce with Brad Pitt finalized before the year ends. The document also states Pitt has “paid no meaningful child support since separation” although informal arrangements had been made with him because payments had not been regularly sustained. Jolie filed for divorce last September 2016, ending their two-year marriage and 10-year relationship. They have six children; their eldest son Maddox was adopted from Cambodia in 2002. A spokeswoman for the actress said on Tuesday that the court filing was intended “to provide closure to the marriage in a way that clears a path towards the next stage of their lives and allows her and Brad to recommit as devoted co-parents to their children.” Pitt’s representatives declined to comment on the matter.

The Star for All Seasons returns to television with the airing of the digitally restored and remastered version of Kapag Langit Ang Humatol on ABS-CBN’s Sunday’s Best today, 12 August.

In the movie, Vilma plays Florida, a housekeeper who experiences cruelty in the hands of the family she served led by the matriarch Octavia, played by veteran actress Gloria Romero.

She goes through worse when she gets pregnant with her boss, Hector’s (Richard Gomez) child.

Its director, Laurice Guillen won the Best Direction while the film won Best Cinematography and Best Editing at the 1990 Gawad Urian Awards.
