LOUIS, United States —Thunderstorms have suspended play until Saturday in the second round of the 100th PGA Championship at Bellerive Country Club, tournament officials said Friday.
American Gary Woodland leads on 10-under par 130 after a second-round 66 with half the field of 156 yet to complete the second round over the 7,316-yard layout.
Play will resume Saturday at 7 a.m. with about 3 1/2 hours needed to complete the second round.
Officials said the third round would commence about 30 minutes after the conclusion of the second round with players in groups of three going off the first and 10th tees.
