Two suspected drug pushers have been arrested in an anti-illegal drug operation of the military and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (PDEA-ARMM) in Maguindanao.
Troops of the 90th Infantry Battalion, 5th Special Forces Battalion and Datu Odin Sinsuat Municipal Police Station seized Ramin Depatuan and Khen Kaliang last July 19 in So. Tenorio, Barangay Awang, Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao.
The troops seized from the suspect a white crystalline powder substance suspected to be methamphetamine hydrochloride also known as “shabu” weighing 500 grams with a total street value of P3.5 million.
Also seized from the suspects were a Suzuki Raider motorcycle, cellular phones and P100,000 marked money.
The two drug suspects were detained at PDEA-ARMM custodial facility for filing of appropriate cases.
