Globe restores network services, extends assistance to southwest monsoon-hit communities
Globe has completed the restoration of its mobile and broadband services following disruptions brought by the recent Southwest Monsoon. Mobile connectivity was impacted in nine municipalities across the National Capital Region (NCR) and two municipalities in Rizal, while broadband services experienced outages in seven municipalities and cities within the NCR.
Globe’s technical teams continue to monitor network performance and are working to address the remaining affected lines, with restoration efforts being carried out as quickly and safely as possible.

Globe Postpaid customers are also being given extended payment due dates to provide additional support during the recovery period.
For broadband users, eligible Globe AT HOME Prepaid WiFi customers will receive 5 GB of free open-access data valid for three days, while GFiber Prepaid customers will receive a three-day extension on their existing promo.
Meanwhile, GFiber Postpaid customers will receive 15 GB of free data valid for 15 days, as well as extended payment due dates.
