Taking shape near the Laoag International Airport, Megaworld’s Ilocandia Coastown is offering a vibrant promise with an exclusive beach village and the city’s first beach club both rising soon

LOCATED along the coastlines of Laoag City, Megaworld is introducing new lifestyle, leisure, and residential experiences within its 84-hectare Ilocandia Coastown township

Known for its heritage sites, cultural landmarks, and proximity to some of Northern Luzon's most iconic attractions, Laoag City in Ilocos Norte has welcomed a couple of exciting new additions that add more vibrancy to its growing landscape.

Rising along the city's coastline is the 84-hectare Ilocandia Coastown, Megaworld's newest township development that is set to introduce new tourism, lifestyle, residential, and commercial experiences to Ilocos Norte.

Located near Fort Ilocandia Hotel and the Laoag International Airport, Ilocandia Coastown is envisioned as a mixed-use beachside destination where leisure, hospitality, business, and residential components come together in one master-planned community. Drawing inspiration from Megaworld's successful coastal townships such as The Mactan Newtown in Lapu-Lapu City and Boracay Newcoast in Aklan, the development aims to become a new gateway to beachside living and tourism in the province.

THE clubhouse at Ilocandia Beach Village is envisioned as a gathering place for residents, featuring resort-style architecture, lush outdoor spaces, and recreational amenities at the heart of the community.

Rising just steps away from the village will be Ilocandia Beach Club, Laoag City’s first and only beach club whose character is inspired by the vibrant landscapes of Sentosa Island in Singapore and the Manly and Bondi Beaches in Sydney, Australia.

ILOCANDIA Beach Village will welcome residents and visitors with landscaped open spaces and tree-lined roads designed to integrate a relaxed coastal atmosphere to everyday living.

Central to the township’s current development phase is Ilocandia Beach Village, Megaworld’s first residential development within its Ilocos Norte township. Occupying 19.4 hectares of prime master-planned land along the beach, Ilocandia Beach Village also features sprawling, lush parks and its own two-story modern clubhouse with amenities like a swimming pool, function hall, fitness gym, and more.

OVERLOOKING the sea, the rising Ilocandia Beach Club contains a retail and dining strip envisioned to become a beachfront leisure destination in Laoag City.
