The Pampanga Provincial Hospital-Clark (PPH-C) recorded its first baby delivery after a woman from Mabalacat City gave birth at the newly opened government healthcare facility on 16 May.
According to the Provincial Government of Pampanga, Eloisa of Mabalacat City successfully delivered Baby Sky with the assistance of doctors, nurses, and hospital staff.
The delivery came days after President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. inaugurated and inspected the hospital on 14 May.
PPH-C is the first government hospital established inside the Clark Freeport Zone. The three-story Level II healthcare facility is located at IE-5, Changi Gateway, Clark Global City in Pampanga.
The hospital was developed through a partnership among the Pampanga Provincial Government, the Department of Health (DOH), and the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (PAGCOR). It aims to provide accessible medical services, including zero-balance billing, for Clark workers, indigent Kapampangans, and residents of Central Luzon.
