Honda upgrades Click125

DT

Honda Philippines Inc. has rolled out the 2026 version of the Click125, which gives one of its steady sellers a visual update and a few added features aimed at daily riders. The model carries the theme “Game Changer Upgrade.”

The scooter keeps its familiar 125cc platform but comes with a sharper look. The front end now carries a redesigned headlight and winker assembly. At the rear, the taillight also gets a new shape.

Honda said the lighting layout was adjusted to widen illumination and improve visibility at night. The meter panel has been restyled with a digital display that presents ride information in a clearer layout.

Under the seat sits the same 125cc liquid-cooled, PGM-FI engine with enhanced Smart Power or eSP. It is tuned for city use, with steady throttle response suited for stop-and-go traffic.

Honda lists fuel consumption at 50.3 kilometers per liter based on the WMTC test method. That figure places the Click125 among the more efficient scooters in its class.

BEIGE variant of the Honda Click125 stands on display, showing its updated body lines and gold wheel accents.

The Click125 uses a Combined Brake System. When the left brake lever is applied, braking force is shared between the front and rear wheels. The setup aims to help riders maintain balance during sudden stops.

Up front, the scooter carries a wavy disc brake designed to manage heat during repeated braking in traffic.

The Standard version comes in Obsidian Black Metallic, Pearl Sylvestris Gray and Pearl Arctic White. The Smart Edition adds features such as a Smart Key System, which allows keyless ignition. It also includes an Idling Stop System.

The engine shuts off after three seconds at a standstill and restarts with a twist of the throttle. The system helps reduce fuel use during heavy traffic.

The scooter also carries practical touches. A USB Type-C port allows riders to charge mobile devices while on the move. An 18-liter luggage compartment under the seat can fit a helmet and small daily items. The layout supports commuting, school runs, and short errands across town.

Honda Philippines president Takeshi Kobayashi said the Click125 has long served as a partner for daily mobility and that the new version builds on that role.

He noted that the update brings changes in design and added features while keeping the dependable performance riders expect.

The Click125 will be sold through Honda 3S shops and authorized dealers nationwide. With the 2026 update, Honda continues to defend its position in the mid-automatic segment, where practical scooters remain in strong demand across urban areas.
