First-ever Philippine Cocktail Week 2026: Happy hour from south to north

DT

From 5 to 8 February, the Philippines hosts its first ever Philippine Cocktail Week, a four-night, four-neighborhood celebration bringing together over 50 of the world’s best cocktail bars and the Philippines’ finest across Metro Manila, presented by Maya Black.

Rather than a single venue or festival ground, Philippine Cocktail Week is designed around the city itself. Each night focuses on one neighborhood, with local bars hosting international guest bartenders for one-night-only collaborations. Guests are encouraged to move at their own pace, bar hop freely and experience each area as it comes alive after dark. No registrations, no tickets required.

Here’s how it unfolds and how you can get a taste of signature drinks from visiting bars, many of which are recognized by Asia’s 50 Best Bars and The World’s 50 Best Bars.

February 7: Poblacion and Jupiter

Just off Makati Avenue, Jupiter is the new insider move. Building on its drive-by food favorites, it’s now home to some of the city’s most exciting new cocktail rooms.

Here’s where to go on Feb 7:

Artifact (HK) at The Spirits Library

Barc (NP) at Banter and Jive

Origin (SG) at OTO

Hope & Sesame (CN) at Opal Bar

COA (HK) at Problem Child

Vesper (TH) at The Jury

Craftroom (JP) at The Bar at The Peninsula Manila

February 8: Quezon City and San JuanFrom 1 to 7 p.m., Sunday Sessions takes place at Corner House in San Juan, bringing together a curated mix of the world’s best bars and the Philippines rising stars in a relaxed open-air setting.

Here are the participating bars:

Southbank Café + Lounge (MNL) x Opal (MNL)

Polilya (MNL) x Southside Parlor (KR)

Afterhours (MNL) x Maltail (TW)

Last Chance (Siargao) x Night N’ Day (TW)

Lost Unicorn (CEB) x Merry Dessert (TW)

Hello Sailor (Boracay) x Not Bar (TW)

Bar Hometown (Subic) x Reka:Bar (MY)

Expect signature drinks, disc jockey-soundtracked sessions and off-menu conversations with global industry leaders shaping bar culture today.

Unlike the nights, Sunday Sessions is a ticketed event. Check @PhilippineCocktailWeek for more details.

Then at night, the format returns to one-night-only takeovers across QC and San Juan — neighborhoods that are as local as it gets. Head to the following watering holes:

Bar Us (TH) at Skybar at Solaire North

Mius (HK) at AKA

Epic (CN) at After Hours

Alice (KR) at Sa’min

Obsidian (CN) at Raion

Dry Wave Cocktail Studio (TH) at Malagihay

Zest (KR) at Gaea

Moonrock (TW) at Three Dots

With Maya Black onboard, cardholders enjoy 20 percent cashback (capped at P600 with a minimum spend of P2,500) and earn up to 10x Maya Miles at participating bars until 28 February.

Maya Black customers are also invited to join the Neighborhood Stamp Rally to experience the bar scene one stop at a time. If you complete a whole neighborhood for the month, you can score exclusive PHCW merchandise.

And when the night runs long, Grab home safe. Use the code PHCOCKTAILWEEK to get 30 percent off GrabCar rides to and from participating bars.

Spotify joins the first ever Philippine Cocktail Week as its Official Music Partner, bringing DJs to soundtrack Sunday Sessions and shape the atmosphere of the afternoon. Spotify has also curated the official Philippine Cocktail Week playlist, available on Spotify, alongside a collection of playlists from participating bars. These playlists allow guests to experience and revisit the sound of Philippine Cocktail Week long after the week ends.

Philippine Cocktail Week is supported by Grab as Supporting Presenter, together with participating spirits and beverage partners including Arc Archipelago, Benchmark, Buffalo Trace, Código, Don Julio Blanco, Don Papa Rum, Flor de Caña, Giffard, Glenfiddich, Hendrick’s, Highland Park, Jameson, Johnnie Walker Black Ruby, La Herencia, Luisita Rum, Martell, Monkey Shoulder, Nikka, No. 3 Gin, Ron Zacapa 23, Sazerac Rye and Singha.
