The Manila Police District (MPD) has issued traffic advisories ahead of the Feast of Sto. Niño celebrations in Tondo and Pandacan on 18 January.
Aside from local residents, devotees are expected to join multiple processions, including the highly anticipated Lakbayaw in Tondo.
Pandacan road closures will begin as early as 7:00 a.m. on 17 January along:

Hilum St. from Teodoro San Luis St. to Beata St.
Beata St. from Hilum St. to T. Claudio St.
E. Zamora St. from Quirino Ave. to Hilum St.

Labores St. from Paco-Sta. Mesa Rd. to Jesus St.

Vehicles from Mabini Bridge (Nagtahan) to Jesus St. should proceed straight to Pres. Quirino Ave. to reach their destination.
Vehicles from Paco-Sta. Mesa Bridge/Interlink via Beata St., Palumpong St., and Laura St. should go straight to Pres. Quirino Ave.
Vehicles from Paz M. Guazon St. to Jesus St. should turn left to Mabini Bridge (Nagtahan) or right to Quirino Ave.
Vehicles from Dr. M.L. Carreon St. to Menandro St. should turn left to Laura St./Paco-Sta. Mesa Rd. or right to Tomas Claudio St.

Motorists are advised to plan alternative routes and follow police instructions to avoid congestion during the festivities.
