TCL reported strong market performance in the Philippines in 2025, maintaining its position as the country’s top panel TV brand while expanding its presence across home appliances and air-conditioning products.

The company said its growth was driven by sustained demand for large-screen televisions, particularly in higher-end categories such as QLED and Mini LED, as well as continued uptake of residential air-conditioning units and washing machines.

TCL Philippines CEO Peter Chen said the company closed 2025 with solid results and is positioning itself to build on that momentum next year. He cited wider product availability and increased consumer adoption of premium display technologies as key contributors to growth.

The brand has held the No. 1 position in panel TV sales in the Philippines for two consecutive years, according to company data. The firm attributed this to continued investment in display technology and pricing strategies aimed at making larger and higher-spec televisions more accessible to consumers.

Beyond televisions, TCL is expanding its air-conditioning business, moving beyond residential units into the commercial HVAC segment. The company said it plans to compete with established players by offering variable refrigerant flow systems and project-based support for large developments, while maintaining its residential lineup.

The company is also pushing growth in its washing machine category, highlighted by the launch of its Super Drum C682 model. Senior product manager Eric Li said the Philippines washing machine business is projected to post revenue growth of about 30 percent in 2025, driven by higher-capacity models and increased demand for smart features.

Looking ahead, TCL said it will refresh its refrigerator lineup in 2026 and invest in improving after-sales service, including faster response times and expanded warranty support. The company said post-purchase experience will be a key focus as it seeks to convert first-time buyers into long-term customers.
