Czaczacza, the proudly local café and commissary owned and operated by husband-and-wife tandem Chef Czarina Sevilla (pastry chef) and Chef Marvin Sevilla (savory chef), unveils its lineup of new baked creations today.

Known for its playful charm and treats, the brand continues to elevate everyday indulgences with products that are fun, creative and made with heart.

This launch follows Czaczacza’s vibrant fifth anniversary celebration last July, marking steady growth and a strong community presence across Metro Manila through five kiosks, two full-service cafés and a central commissary.

Among the new offerings, under cakes are Brownie Cake, a fudgy, dense brownie topped with chocolate; the 21-inch Slab Cakes in Tiramisu (espresso-soaked layers with mascarpone cream); Chocolate (moist chocolate sponge with rich ganache) and Strawberry Shortcake (vanilla chiffon with fresh strawberries and cream) flavors.

There are also Crunchy Bites that come in flavors like pistachio (a bite-sized knafeh crunch with pistachio and milk chocolate); Reese (knafeh crunch with peanut butter and milk chocolate); and Biscoff (knafeh crunch with Biscoff spread and white chocolate).

This year, eight new flavors join the Czinnamon Roll Collection. These are: Classic, S’mores; and premium ones Red Velvet, Caramel Pili Praline, pistachio, chocolate, Biscoff and blueberry.

Playful and indulgent, the pastry jars are new items crafted for everyday celebrations and little luxuries. These include Meringue Kisses, Macaroons, Lengua de Gato and Broas.

Part of the Avocadoria Group of Companies, Czaczacza has grown into a beloved local brand known for its cakes, pastries, and fun, TikTok-worthy treats. Sister to Czarina’s All Day Dining, the group continues to expand with concepts that champion Filipino creativity, flavor and flair.
