Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines (CCEAP), the Aboitiz Group–backed bottling and distribution arm of Coca-Cola in the country, has expanded its partnership with PLDT Enterprise to strengthen the digital infrastructure that supports its nationwide manufacturing and logistics operations.

CCEAP—one of the country’s largest fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies—runs 18 production facilities and nearly 70 distribution centers and sales offices across the Philippines. With a workforce of almost 9,000 and a vast beverage portfolio, the company relies heavily on stable connectivity and secure data management to maintain operational efficiency and ensure uninterrupted supply to retailers.

Under the enhanced collaboration, PLDT Enterprise, through Smart Communications and data center operator VITRO Inc., is providing CCEAP with postpaid mobility services and improved in-building solutions to bolster wireless coverage across key sites. The move is expected to enhance coordination across CCEAP’s production and distribution chain, where real-time communication is critical.

CCEAP is also deepening its use of VITRO’s data center infrastructure, colocating sensitive corporate and operational systems in PLDT’s nationwide network of facilities. The setup is designed to boost data security, strengthen business continuity, and minimize downtime in mission-critical operations such as inventory management, production scheduling, and delivery routing.

“We are committed to enabling CCEAP with world-class data center services that ensure operational efficiency and resilience,” said ePLDT and VITRO Inc. President and CEO Victor Genuino, noting that strong digital foundations increasingly drive the competitiveness of FMCG firms.

CCEAP said the partnership plays a key role in meeting its distribution commitments nationwide. “Our operations require 24/7 connectivity, and the support we have received from PLDT Enterprise has been instrumental in helping us achieve record growth,” said CCEAP Procurement Director Christian Gaxiola.

PLDT Enterprise said its collaboration with the Aboitiz-led bottler underscores its strategy to empower the manufacturing, logistics, and FMCG sectors through integrated wireless and ICT solutions tailored to large-scale operational networks.
