Global feast at the city

Indeed, every meal in Quezon City tells a story of creativity, resilience and community spirit.

As Metro Manila’s largest and most dynamic city, Quezon City has truly earned its place as the region’s culinary capital — where every corner tells a story and every dish reflects a world of flavors. From the bustling streets of Seoul to the sunny shores of Sicily, its dining scene is a vibrant global mosaic.

At the heart of it is a gastronomic identity blended in deep-rooted local traditions and bold international influences. Homegrown favorites like Basta Café celebrate Filipino creativity and wit, while the beloved Sincerity Café & Restaurant continues the proud Filipino-Chinese culinary legacy.

For those craving authentic Asian fare, Manmaru Japanese Restaurant delivers the precision of Japanese cooking, and Coco Ichibanya brings its famous customizable curry to local tables. Chef Myke “Tatung” Sarthou’s Pandan Asian Café further bridges cultures, fusing Thai, Vietnamese, and Filipino cuisines in what he calls the “shared soul of Asian cooking.”

But the journey doesn’t stop in Asia. Through Foodpanda, diners can savor the bold spices of the Middle East and India through The Kebab Co and Rustum Biryani, or enjoy Western comfort food from crowd favorites like Yellow Caband Chili’s. For a touch of Latin flair, Casa Mexicana and El Pollo Loco deliver vibrant flavors that bring warmth and zest to the table. Even European classics are just a few taps away — from the timeless treats of Dulcinea to the elegant French-inspired pastries of Boulangerie22 and Heny Sison Desserterie.

Dito po, bawat kanto may kwento, at bawat putahe may puso (Here, every corner has a story, and every dish has heart),”  Yasi Jorge of the Quezon City Tourism Department said.

The app also introduced Foodpanda Capital, a performance-based program that provides financial support to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with streamlined requirements. This initiative is designed to help small businesses "access the support they need to expand and reach more customers," said Leopoldo de Castro Jr., Director of Finance at foodpanda Philippines.

By empowering local entrepreneurs, Foodpanda is strengthening the entire food industry, ensuring more businesses can share their unique flavors with a wider audience.
