Boats are docked along the shoreline in Navotas City amid strong winds and rough seas brought by Super Typhoon Uwan on Sunday, 9 November 2025. As Uwan continues to lash Metro Manila with heavy rain and powerful gusts, the state weather bureau PAGASA issued a yellow storm surge warning for Metro Manila, with wave heights estimated to reach 1 to 2 meters within the next 48 hours.
