AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC), a subsidiary of Ayala Land, Inc., reported P2.6 billion in consolidated revenues and P81 million in net income for the first nine months of 2025, reflecting slower industrial lot sales and the ongoing stabilization of new and acquired assets.

The company said industrial lot revenues reached P1.1 billion, down 57 percent year-on-year, following strong take-up at Laguindingan Technopark in 2024. To sustain growth, ALLHC launched Batangas Technopark Phase 2 in the third quarter, adding P2.3 billion worth of saleable inventory to its portfolio.

Meanwhile, leasing operations continued to provide steady income, generating P1.5 billion in total revenues, up 4 percent from last year. Warehouse leasing revenues remained stable at P559 million, while cold storage revenues surged 32 percent to P202 million with the expansion of Artico Cold Chain facilities in Mabalacat, Urdaneta, and Iloilo. Commercial leasing also inched up 2 percent to P692 million, supported by higher mall occupancy and stable office demand.

“We continue to make progress in strengthening our portfolio, with newly added assets showing improvement as they stabilize. We are sharpening our efforts to lift occupancy and sales across our developments,” said ALLHC President and CEO Robert S. Lao.

For the fourth quarter, ALLHC is preparing to launch Phases 6 and 7 of Pampanga Technopark, introducing P3 billion in new inventory to its industrial portfolio. The new phases will be registered with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) and the Board of Investments (BOI) as an economic and industrial zone, respectively.

ALLHC, the logistics and industrial estate arm of Ayala Land, Inc., operates a nationwide portfolio of Technoparks, warehouse facilities, cold storage centers, and commercial properties. It develops and manages major logistics hubs in Laguna, Pampanga, Batangas, and Misamis Oriental, along with its Artico Cold Chain network and Alogis industrial facilities, which serve as key growth platforms supporting the Philippine manufacturing and supply chain sectors.
