Honda Philippines has officially brought in the all-new Honda Navi, an unconventional little scooter that’s aiming to win over new riders with its easy handling, eye-catching design, and practical features. The launch was held on 11 July, with media, content creators, and motorcycle enthusiasts getting the first look and first ride of the revamped model.
Before the big reveal, Honda hosted a line-off ceremony at its Tanauan City plant in Batangas last 10 June, marking the start of local production. It’s a big step that signals Honda’s confidence in the local market and its intent to keep its entry-level lineup both accessible and made for Filipinos.
The Navi is designed for beginners and just about anyone who wants a two-wheeler that doesn’t take itself too seriously. At first glance, it looks like a mash-up between a scooter and a mini-motorcycle. But it’s more than a novelty; Honda built this to be both fun and functional.
It uses a 109cc engine with Honda’s Eco Technology (HET), meaning it sips fuel lightly while still giving enough zip for city rides. Fuel efficiency is rated at 48.4 km/L, with a 3.5-liter tank. That gives riders more than 160 km before needing to gas up again.
Like most scooters, the Navi uses a CVT (continuously variable transmission), which means no gear shifting or clutch control. Just twist the throttle and go. Combined with its light frame, it’s an ideal match for riders who are still building confidence on two wheels.
For added safety, it comes with Honda’s Combined Braking System, helping balance the brakes between front and rear wheels. It’s especially handy during emergency stops or daily commutes in traffic-heavy areas.
The Navi doesn’t look like any other scooter on the road. It has an odd but charming boxy shape, exposed frame elements, and a small front fairing. Honda leans into this uniqueness by encouraging riders to customize it however they like.
There’s also a decent-sized 17.5-liter storage compartment built into the frame, enough for essentials like gloves, a small bag, or rain gear. It adds some practicality to what’s otherwise a pretty playful design.
Honda made sure the Navi appeals to different personalities, offering it in four colors, each with a bit of character, with the following colors: Shasta White, Ranger Green R, Patriot Red and Black.
The Navi’s 762mm seat height is low enough to make it friendly for smaller riders or first-timers. Pair that with tubeless tires, an inverted front fork, and a single rear shock, and you’ve got a scooter that’s nimble, stable and comfortable enough for everyday use.
The all-new Honda Navi is now available at Honda 3S shops across the country for a suggested retail price of P58,900. Until 31 August 2025, early buyers can grab it for a discounted price of P55,900 under the “WANNAVi Deals” promo.
