First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos brought the “Lab for All” team to Las Piñas City for much-needed services to the public.

Mrs. Marcos emphasized the importance of the government’s new project, the “First 1000 Days,” or F1KD, in which support is given to pregnant women and children aged up to two years.

The First Lady said President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has allocated P8 million for the F1KD program, expanding the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) of the Department of Social Welfare and Development.

The Lab for All team in Las Piñas City was able to accommodate patients with the over 3,000 medical services available.

“In the last few days, the Lab for all team has been to Barangay CAA in BF Village and to Barangay Talon Kwatro,” Mrs. Marcos said.

“We have 1,000 registered patients who will receive medical services plus grocery bags, medical kits, rice, prescription glasses, free coffee, free food,” she added.

The Department of Social Welfare and Development and the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office distributed food packs.

The First Lady was accompanied by Las Piñas City Mayor Imelda Aguilar and Vice Mayor April Aguilar-Nery.

Interior Secretary Jonvic Remulla, Health Secretary Ted Herbosa, Trade Secretary Cristina Aldeguer-Roque and Public Attorney’s Office Chief Percida Acosta also joined Mrs. Marcos.
