Sy-led 2GO Group Inc. has partnered with WorkAbroad.ph to launch the Enrollment to Employment (E2E) Program, a career accelerator aimed at linking students in maritime, logistics, and cruise-line hospitality to global job opportunities.
Under the program, students are placed in 2GO’s live operations in shipboard hospitality and port-side logistics for actual responsibilities, mentored by professionals, and evaluated for employment readiness.
Graduates receive certificates to enhance their credentials and improve employability locally and abroad. Top performers may be hired by 2GO or fast-tracked for overseas roles through WorkAbroad.ph’s employer network.
“This program gives students something they can’t get in a classroom or a short internship: total immersion in live maritime operations,” Francis Chua, Business Unit Head of 2GO Travel, said during the media launch on Wednesday.
“With E2E, students don’t just earn hours—they gain experience, confidence, and a head start in building a career.”
Participants also receive career coaching, resume building, and soft-skills training aligned with global standards, including profile assessments and interview preparation.
“What makes this different is simple—it leads to a career,” said Angelo Jayno, Business Unit Head of WorkAbroad.ph.
“We go beyond job listings—we mentor students to become truly employable. Through personalized coaching and assessments, we help them discover their strengths, sharpen their edge, and stand out to global employers.”
WorkAbroad.ph also assured that it partners only with DMW-licensed recruiters to ensure all overseas placements are legal and ethical.
