Accenture showcases what client experience should be

If Iron Man had a tech lair in the tropics, it might just look like Accenture’s brand-new Client Experience Center (CEC) in Manila.

Opened with flair this week, the CEC is more than a showroom — it’s an interactive, high-tech playground for businesses eager to reimagine their operations with artificial intelligence, cloud and cutting-edge digital solutions.

From holographic greeters to smart kitchens, Accenture’s latest venture blends serious tech with just the right dose of sci-fi cool.

“We’re celebrating 40 years in the Philippines by looking boldly into the future,” said Ambe Tierro, country managing director and technology lead for Accenture in the Philippines.

“This isn’t just a center — it’s a co-innovation hub where clients can roll up their sleeves and reimagine everything from retail to nuclear plant operations.”

Spanning multiple immersive zones, the CEC feels like a theme park for the enterprise-minded. There’s a Residential Zone where a connected smart home responds to your whims with intuitive automation.

A Commercial Zone recreates bustling banks, retail outlets, and even airport lounges — minus the flight delays.

The Industrial Zone turns up the intensity with simulated oil rigs and production plants, while the Generative AI Zone greets guests with holograms and conversational AI. It’s like chatting with the future — and it talks back.

For boardroom warriors, the Future of Work Zone showcases hybrid meeting spaces and command centers ready to take on the next global challenge, while café lounges serve as incubators for spontaneous genius (and probably excellent coffee).

“The architecture of business is shifting,” said Arvin Yason, Accenture’s innovation lead. “AI isn’t just a tool — it’s becoming the infrastructure. We’re designing for an AI-first world.”
