Alyansa Para sa Bagong Pilipinas, the Senate slate endorsed by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., will hold its final campaign rally Friday in Mandaluyong City, marking the culmination of its nationwide effort for the 2025 midterm elections.

The “Miting de Avance” will take place on Nueve de Febrero Street, a site significant to Mandaluyong City’s liberation and founding, serving as the concluding event for the 11-member slate promoting the “Bagong Pilipinas” agenda of unity, reform, and national leadership.

“This Miting de Avance is the final rallying cry of a campaign powered by the people,” said campaign manager and Navotas City Rep. Toby Tiangco.

“From the first rally in Laoag to the final stage in Mandaluyong, the message has been the same—Filipinos want a Senate that delivers for them,” he added.

Tiangco stressed that Alyansa candidates will prioritize national interests.

“Let us pick candidates who will support President Marcos’ legislative agenda and people’s interests until the end of his term,” Tiangco said.

The Alyansa slate comprises former Interior Secretary Benhur Abalos, Makati City Mayor Abby Binay, Senators Ramon Bong Revilla, Pia Cayetano, and Lito Lapid, former Senators Panfilo Lacson, Manny Pacquiao, and Vicente Sotto III, Senate Majority Leader Francis Tolentino, ACT-CIS Rep. Erwin Tulfo, and Las Piñas City Rep. Camille Villar.

Since launching its campaign on 11 February in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, the Marcos family’s political stronghold, Alyansa has conducted 15 other rallies nationwide, each featuring President Marcos.

The campaign trail included stops in Iloilo City, Davao del Norte, Pasay City, Negros Oriental, Negros Occidental, Bulacan, Camarines Sur, Leyte, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, Pangasinan, Quezon, and Batangas.

Recent surveys indicate strong momentum for Alyansa candidates as the campaign nears its conclusion.

Marcos is expected to deliver a message of unity and gratitude at the Mandaluyong rally, aiming to solidify support from Metro Manila and surrounding provinces.

“The rally in Mandaluyong will show just how strong and united the Filipino people are behind Alyansa and the vision of Bagong Pilipinas,” Tiangco said.
