First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos marked the 128th anniversary of the Office of the President, celebrating both the historical milestone and the administration’s ongoing efforts for the Filipino people.

In a social media post on Sunday, she expressed her gratitude to the dedicated individuals working behind the scenes to ensure the smooth functioning of the presidential office.

“Happy 128th anniversary to the Office of the President. Behind every milestone are the passionate and dedicated individuals who make things happen every day,” Mrs. Marcos said.

“Here’s to many more years of service and excellence,” she added.

Mrs. Marcos also highlighted the importance of cultural exchanges and international collaboration.

Reflecting on her recent engagement with the Asian Cultural Council, she expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to help uplift Filipino talent on the world stage.

“Had a great time catching up with our friends from the Asian Cultural Council. Grateful to be part of this meaningful journey of uplifting Filipino talents worldwide,” she said.

Meanwhile, in a statement highlighting the administration’s commitment to public health, the First Lady emphasized the Lab for All initiative.

She shared the importance of accessible healthcare, particularly for underserved communities, stressing how simple services like routine medical checkups and access to clean water contribute to good health.

“Good health begins with the basics — seeing a doctor, getting lab tests, and having access to clean drinking water,” she said.

“Through our Lab for All project, we’ve seen the importance of bringing healthcare services closer to the people. With DSWD’s new mobile lab clinics and water stations, more kababayan will have these essentials within reach. A heartfelt thank you to DSWD and our generous private partners for making this happen,” Mrs. Marcos said.
