Founded by Yoshinori Yasukawa, Hamburg Yoshi started as a yakiniku restaurant before pivoting to hamburg steaks during the pandemic.

The brand quickly gained popularity in Japan, Taiwan and Korea. Now, it aims to introduce its authentic flavors to Filipino diners.

The menu features four main hamburg varieties: Regular Beef, Wagyu Hamburg, Beef Tongue Hamburg and Skirt Steak. Each set meal includes miso soup, pickles, a raw egg and unlimited rice, offering a complete Japanese dining experience.

With its commitment to fresh, in-house ground meat and traditional Japanese cooking techniques, Hamburg Yoshi promises an authentic taste of Tokyo in the heart of Manila.
