With the increase in demand for high-performance computing, ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC) Philippines, in partnership with Vertiv, Dell Technologies, and Novare Technologies, launched the country’s first liquid cooling showroom in Makati on 6 March 2025.

The showroom, called "AI Synergy Lab" is designed to showcase the efficiency and sustainability of liquid cooling compared to conventional air cooling. It also aims to educate their customers on the advantages and benefits of liquid cooling technology for the local market.

Powered by Dell PowerEdge servers optimized for AI workload and Vertiv’s Liebert XDU100, which cost-effectively harnesses the advantages of liquid cooling while overcoming traditional barriers to liquid cooling, visitors gain deeper insight into how the technology works.

The vice president of Southeast Asia at Vertiv, Hitesh Prajapati, highlighted the importance of cooling system in data centers, and said "As data centers evolve, efficient heat management is critical. Liquid cooling is a key solution, and this initiative allows customers to explore its benefits firsthand."
