DT

In 2024, SM Supermalls celebrated a significant year of supporting Filipino Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through trade fairs and strategic partnerships, driving local entrepreneurship and economic growth. With over 80 malls nationwide, SM Supermalls has become a key platform for showcasing Filipino creativity, craftsmanship, and innovation.

A marketplace for growth

SM’s trade fairs have offered MSMEs access to large markets, affordable spaces, and high foot traffic, boosting brand visibility and providing valuable networking opportunities with customers, suppliers, and investors. Featured products ranged from artisanal crafts and sustainable fashion to gourmet food, celebrating the best of Filipino talent through events like the Bahandi Eastern Visayas Trade Fair and the National Arts and Crafts Fair.

Visitors enjoyed live demonstrations, interactive activities, and exclusive promos while discovering unique, high-quality local products. These events created a sense of purpose among shoppers, who relished the opportunity to support Filipino entrepreneurs.
