Ecotoll Road and Development Corporation signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Infra Engineering Korea (IEK) in securing technical and financial requirements for the 19.3-kilometer Canlubang-Bay Bypass Road Project, developed in partnership with the Provincial Government of Laguna.
