Actor Ricardo Cepeda arrested

Actor Ricardo Cepeda was arrested in Caloocan on Saturday, 7 October, for alleged syndicated estafa. Cepeda is reportedly one of several people connected to the crime.

A warrant of arrest was issued by a Regional Trial Court judge in Cagayan.

Cepeda, who also goes by the name Richard Go, was arrested by the Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit.
