First Lady Marie Louise Araneta-Marcos launched the "Laboratoryo, Konsulta, at Gamot Para sa Lahat" or LAB for All Caravan in San Rafael, Bulacan, which would benefit around 1,866 people.

Around 1,500 residents received free healthcare services, including laboratory tests, medical consultations, OB-Gyne, and eye check-ups, with free medicines, food packs, and financial assistance.

Technical Education and Skills Development Authority or TESDA representatives gave a series of orientations on their skills training courses, granted free slots to their Training for Work Scholarship Program, and showcased local products assembled by program graduates.

In her speech, the First Lady reiterated the administration's commitment to providing quality and accessible healthcare to all Filipinos through the LAB For All program.

"This is the fulfillment of the promise of our President Bongbong Marcos to provide free basic health services to our countrymen," she said, in launching the caravan with Interior and Local Government Secretary Benhur Abalos.

For his part, San Rafael Mayor Mark Cholo Violago said the LAB FOR ALL program is a sign of the First Lady's concern for the people of San Rafael.

"The LAB FOR ALL program is a way of showing that every San Rafaeleño is special to the heart of our beloved First Lady," he said.
