Partly cloudy skies, isolated rains Saturday due to ‘habagat’

Partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers will prevail throughout the country due to the effects of the southwest monsoon or "habagat," the weather bureau said Saturday.

In its latest weather forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said the southwest monsoon affecting the western section of Southern Luzon and the Visayas.

This weather condition will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Palawan.

The weather bureau warned against possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains

Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by the "habagat" or localized thunderstorms.

Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

PAGASA said light to moderate wind conditions with slight to moderate seas will be experienced across the country.
The temperature in Metro Manila will range from 26°C to 32°C; Baguio City, 18°C to 24°C; Laoag City, 26°C to 31°C; Legazpi City, 25°C to 32°C; Metro Cebu, 25°C to 31°C; Puerto Princesa City, 25°C to 31°C; and Metro Davao, 26°C to 32°C.
