Netflix's Wednesday is now the streaming platform's third most popular English-language title.

The supernatural comedy horror series has so far racked up a massive 752.52 million viewing hours since its release on 16 November. It sits behind Stranger Things 4 and Dahmer — Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story.

According to Deadline, Stranger Things 4 and Dahmer surpassed one billion hours viewed within 60 days of its premiere. Squid Game remains Netflix's most popular series of all time, it added.

Wednesday has also been viewed in about 115 million households and remains No. 1 in over 89 countries.

Wednesday stars Jenna Ortega as Wednesday Addams, the infamous only daughter of The Addams Family. After a prank expels her anew from school, her parents Morticia and Gomez send her to Nevermore Academy.

While mastering her emerging psychic abilities, the teenage Addams thwarts a killing spree in the town while unraveling a mystery that has haunted her parents for 25 years.

With Ortega in the show are Catherine Zeta-Jones, Luis Guzmán, Fred Arimisen, Isaac Ordonez, Gwendoline Christie, Jamie McShane, Percy Hynes White, Hunter Doohan, Emma Myers, Joy Sunday, Naomi J. Ogawa, Moosa Mostafa, Georgie Farmer, Riki Lindhome, and Christina Ricci, who played Wednesday in the 1991 and 1993 Addams Family films.

Wednesday is directed and executive-produced by Tim Burton, with creators and showrunners Al Gough and Miles Millar.
