25 years of good food, great service

Conti's Bakeshop and Restaurant continues to do what it does best: Serve good food and provide impeccable service to families around the country.

The restaurant recently marked 25 years of being a well-loved home-grown restaurant chain through a celebration held at its first-ever branch at BF Homes, Parañaque City.

The restaurant traces its humble beginnings in the garage of Conti sisters Angie, Carole, and Cecille.

At that time, they were only serving delicious meals for their father's guests and to their neighborhood.

Baked salmon.

Eventually, they were able to share their meals to a bigger market through the first Conti's store in 1997.

Today, they have already established more than 70 stores and continue to open more in different parts of the country.

Twenty-five years is no easy feat when running a restaurant. But during the anniversary celebration when they were asked about the challenges they faced, the Conti sisters answered what all restaurant owners want to experience themselves.

Roast Beef.

"We couldn't keep up with the demand of customers. For us to say 'there's nothing left' because we want to keep up with their demands," they said.

In addition, they also run on the belief of not complaining when a customer calls them out.

"Sometimes there are mistakes but it's good there are complaints so that we can rectify. We thank people who complain because it gives us an avenue for improvement," they said.
