Gotianun-led Filinvest REIT Corp. (FILRT) has expanded its office portfolio with the addition of Maxicare Health Services Inc. (MaxiHealth) at Filinvest Three.
The listed firm said Monday that the new outpatient clinic occupies nearly 1,100 square meters on the ground floor, making it one of the largest Maxicare Clinics in the Philippines and the first to feature the company’s executive check-up (ECU) facility.
“Maxicare’s choice to open one of their largest clinics in the country at Filinvest Three aligns with FILRT’s mission to not only deliver high-quality, strategically located office spaces but also to support businesses that drive innovation and growth across various sectors,” FILRT President and CEO Maricel Brion-Lirio said.
Josephine Lopez, President and CEO of Maxicare Health Services Inc., said the new clinic at Filinvest Three will expand the company’s healthcare services and reach more communities.
The Primary Care Clinic in the building is intended to provide accessible and comprehensive medical care to a larger number of Filipinos.
Filinvest Three, one of FILRT’s 16 Grade A office buildings in Northgate Cyberzone, Filinvest City, Alabang, is located near major thoroughfares such as the South Luzon Expressway, Skyway, and Alabang-Zapote Road.
