Radisson Hotel Group is adding new hotels in the Philippines as part of its expansion pipeline through 2028 to expand its presence in key urban and tourism destinations.

The hospitality operator said Friday Radisson Hotel and Serviced Apartments Clark, Philippines is scheduled to open in 2027 with 252 rooms near Clark International Airport.

In Metro Manila, Park Inn by Radisson Fairview, Philippines will open in 2028 with 151 rooms in Quezon City.

Another project, Park Inn by Radisson Laoag, Philippines, is also set to open in 2028 with 151 rooms in Ilocos Norte.

“Fifteen years on from our first opening in Cebu, the Philippines remains one of our strongest growth engines in Southeast Asia-Pacific,” said Christine Angela Sevilla, Senior Director for Development Southeast Asia-Pacific at Radisson Hotel Group.

“The momentum we’re seeing across Cebu, Clark, Metro Manila, Bohol, and key regional destinations reflects the strength of our partnerships and our confidence in the country’s long-term tourism potential. We’re focused on growing responsibly, elevating guest experiences, developing talent, and supporting destinations in a way that creates lasting value for owners and communities.”

Radisson currently operates seven hotels in the country and has 18 properties under development, reflecting continued expansion across major cities and emerging tourism destinations.

Radisson RED Resort Cebu Mactan has completed its groundbreaking, while LIME Resort Bohol has opened as part of Radisson Individuals Premier, marking the brand’s first property under the label in Southeast Asia-Pacific.

The group will also open its first Radisson RED hotel in the Philippines—Radisson RED Cebu Mandaue—in early 2026.

Radisson said it will continue expanding through new developments and property conversions in gateway cities and emerging destinations, alongside investments in workforce development and sustainability initiatives.
