Running 11 February to 3 March, pick from two options (perfect for sharing), and even take it home via their takeaway service.

Appetizer: Pick Chinese New Year raw salmon with organic quinoa and fresh suahe in pineapple passion fruit sweet-sour sauce, or a hot-and-cold platter with deep-fried lobster fruit salad and cuttlefish paste-stuffed crab claw almond flakes.
