A new chapter begins for the country’s most celebrated pageant as Miss Universe Philippines officially opens its seventh edition — ushering in a season filled with ambition, elegance, and renewed Filipino pride.

A parade of firsts at SM Mall of Asia

The season opens with a Delegate Parade at SM Mall of Asia, marking the candidates’ first official public appearance. Riding in open vehicles, the delegates greet fans, wave to supporters, and pose for selfies — transforming an ordinary afternoon into a celebration of beauty and dreams.

It is here where many candidates take their “first walk” toward the crown, surrounded by cheers, camera flashes, and hopeful eyes.

The parade culminates in the evening at City of Dreams Manila, where the candidates are formally introduced during the official press presentation at the Grand Ballroom.

Miss Universe Philippines Executive Vice President Voltaire Tayag expressed optimism about the new batch of delegates.

“We are grateful for another opportunity to make the dreams of young Filipinas come true,” Tayag said. “We have one of the strongest batches, and we know whoever wins will make our country proud.”

City of Dreams Manila also reaffirmed its support for the pageant’s mission. Property President Geoff Andres highlighted the significance of hosting the candidates’ first major milestone.

Fans also get a chance to join the excitement through the #TheFirstWalkToTheCrown campaign, which gives selected participants exclusive invitations to the press presentation — bringing supporters closer to the queens-in-the-making.
