Bataan local governments, China firm to build housing project in Balanga

The Provincial Government, the City Government of Balanga, and the at Hongheng Construction Group (Philippines) Ltd. Inc. signed a Tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (TMOU) for the construction of a housing project in Balanga City, Bataan.

The TMOU was signed at The Bunker in Balanga City on 20 January 2026, which aims to construct a housing project under the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program at Brgy. Cataning, Balanga City.

Governor Joet Garcia expressed his gratitude to the company led by President Yiming Liu, Vice President Jinxi Ye and Vice Chairman Zheng Henghui in leading the construction of residential units to the people of Bataan.

“Ang mga proyekto pong tulad nito ay malaking hakbang tungo sa katuparan ng ating mithiin na makapagbigay nang maayos, ligtas at abot-kayang pabahay para sa bawat pamilyang Bataeño,” he added.

Hongheng Construction Group (Philippines) Ltd. Inc. is a construction firm in Bataan, Philippines, involved in large-scale housing projects, particularly the 4PH program, partnering with the provincial government for developments in Mariveles and Dinalupihan.

Originating from China, they focus on infrastructure, real estate, and building high-rise structures, actively recruiting for various roles like engineers, site personnel, and admin staff via local job portals and social media.
