The ballroom was transformed into a refined setting with the classic elegance expected of a Chaine des Rotisseurs event.

The evening commenced with a  gracious welcome delivered by Bailli Michel Lhullier, setting an elegant and convivial tone for the program. Shortly thereafter, a refined parade of waiters, impeccably dressed in crisp uniforms made their way through the venue with the opening course: A refreshing  blue swimmer crab paired with avocado, riesling gel, salmon roe and seaweed crackers. This choreographed service seamlessly led into a thoughtfully curated eight course menu, each dish artfully prepared to delight the palate and engage the senses.

After the appetizers came the perfectly seasoned Duck LAir, leading into the timeless flavors of the ocean showcased in a classic seafood navarin. The palate was gently refreshed with a tomato and basil sorbet before the arrival of a tender, divine lobster tail.

The main course featured grenadine of veal executed with quiet elegance, followed by a thoughtfully curated platter of artisan cheeses then saffron ember.

Staying true to the theme of couture, culture and craftsmanship, the affair featured a mini fashion show by Stola Exclusive showcasing elegant pieces that reflected refined creativity and timeless style.

Cebuano artist Raul Argas did an on-the-spot painting that drew much curiosity and admiration, made even more fascinating by his unconventional use of a credit card as his painting tool.

The seamless fusion of fashion and visual art highlighted innovation in its most dynamic form to further engage the audience. Both the featured outfits and the live painting were later auctioned off to members and their guests making the experience not only memorable but also interactive and meaningful.
