STA. MARIA, Bulacan — Tech enthusiasts packed WalterMart Sta. Maria at midnight on 17 October for the much-anticipated unveiling of Apple’s iPhone 17 series, as Home Credit Philippines rolled out flexible installment plans to make the latest flagship devices more accessible to Filipino consumers.

The event, held at the Abenson–Bulacan branch, showcased Apple’s cutting-edge upgrades in performance, camera technology, and durability — headlined by the powerful new A19 chip, which delivers faster processing speeds and longer battery life.

The iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max now come equipped with vapor-chamber cooling and triple 48-megapixel Fusion cameras offering up to 8× optical zoom, while the base iPhone 17 sports a 48MP dual camera and an enhanced 18MP Center Stage front lens designed for clearer selfies and smoother video calls.

All models feature 120Hz ProMotion OLED displays, Ceramic Shield 2 glass for stronger protection, and fast USB-C charging that powers the phone up to 50 percent in just 20 minutes. Storage begins at 256GB across all variants.

To complement the launch, Home Credit announced special financing offers that allow customers to own the iPhone 17 Pro for as low as P83 per day or the base iPhone 17 for only P61 per day, both with 0 percent interest for up to 24 months.

“Home Credit’s goal is to make the latest technology accessible to more Filipinos through flexible and affordable payment options,” a company representative said during the event.

Social media influencer Charlize Ruth Reyes, better known as Charuth, joined the crowd of eager fans who lined up for the midnight release.

“I’m super excited because I’ll finally see the latest iPhone in person at its midnight launch,” she said in Filipino.

The launch highlighted not only Apple’s continued innovation but also the growing partnership between tech retailers and financial services like Home Credit in bringing premium gadgets closer to the Philippine market.

Customers can visit Abenson–Bulacan and other participating branches to experience the iPhone 17 series firsthand and apply for Home Credit’s 0% installment plans.
