Malacañang Palace has released the official list of holidays in the Philippines for 2026 under Proclamation No. 1006.

Regular Holidays:

  • Thursday, 1 January – New Year’s Day

  • Thursday, 2 April – Maundy Thursday

  • Friday, 3 April – Good Friday

  • Thursday, 9 April – Araw ng Kagitingan

  • Friday, 1 May – Labor Day

  • Friday, 12 June – Independence Day

  • Monday, 31 August (Last Monday of August) – National Heroes Day

  • Monday, 30 November – Bonifacio Day

  • Friday, 25 December – Christmas Day

  • Wednesday, 30 December – Rizal Day

Special Non-Working Days:

  • Friday, 21 August – Ninoy Aquino Day

  • Sunday, 1 November – All Saints Day

  • Tuesday, 8 December – Feast of the Immaculate Conception of Mary

  • Wednesday, 31 December – Last Day of the Year

Additional Special Non-Working Days:

  • Tuesday, 17 February – Chinese New Year

  • Saturday, 4 April – Black Saturday

  • Monday, 2 November – All Souls’ Day

  • Thursday, 24 December – Christmas Eve

Working Holiday:

  • Wednesday, 25 February – EDSA People Power Revolution Anniversary

The dates for Eidul Fitr and Eidul Adha will be announced later, following the determination of the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos according to the Islamic or lunar calendar.
