SM Development Corporation aims to further elevate the lives of Filipino homeowners with the launch of three new residential segments.

“We are deepening our focus on design, sustainability, and holistic living, all while remaining anchored on our core strength — bringing people closer to opportunities, infrastructure, and the SM ecosystem,” Jessica Sy, vice president and Head of Design, Innovation & Strategy of SMDC, said.

The brand refresh reaffirms the company’s identity as a developer committed to life-centered communities. SMDC has so far turned over 100,000 homes nationwide.

The three new residential lines are:
