Nutriasia is stepping into the international spotlight as it joins the inaugural International Manila Food Festival (IMFF), bringing a bold mix of tradition and innovation to the global culinary stage. Set from 7 to 10 August 2025 at Newport World Resorts in Pasay City, the festival gathers chefs, food entrepreneurs, and F&B leaders from across the world to celebrate diverse flavors and culinary excellence.
For Nutriasia’s Foodservice Group, it’s more than just participation. It’s an invitation to spark conversations around Filipino cuisine and introduce the next generation of local flavors to an international audience.
“We could not let this amazing opportunity to showcase our traditional condiments and sauces before an international mix of culinary professionals and food entrepreneurs pass,” said Leah Barin, Foodservice Group Head at Nutriasia. “We are very excited with this partnership, and we are very optimistic that Nutriasia can help make the IMFF an important cross-sector platform for chefs, entrepreneurs, government agencies, tourism boards, and global food and beverage (F&B) leaders to come together and explore opportunities for collaboration.”
To highlight Filipino creativity in the kitchen, Nutriasia teamed up with Chef Sau del Rosario, who is set to present his signature dish, Sisig with Calamansi Pearls. The dish features a selection of well-loved Nutriasia staples, including Golden Swan Liquid Seasoning, Silver Swan Soy Sauce, Datu Puti Vinegar, Jufran Sriracha, and UFC Golden Fiesta Canola Oil.
The brand is also introducing mocktail mixes using its Locally Ready-to-Drink juices, aiming to refresh both locals and foreign guests with flavors inspired by native fruits.
“We are very happy and proud to be a part of the inaugural run of the IMFF,” said Maroux David, Nutriasia Senior FSG Channel Manager. “We hope that our partnership will further push Filipino food into the mainstream consciousness of food lovers around the world.”
With the IMFF serving as a platform to connect culinary cultures, Nutriasia’s presence highlights how Filipino flavors can resonate well beyond local borders.
