The Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost), operating under the Office of the President, has mobilized its resources to support ongoing relief operations led by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) by deploying postal trucks to transport relief goods to areas severely affected by heavy rains and flooding.

As a critical public service, PHLPost remains committed to maintaining essential mail and document delivery, even as severe weather conditions disrupt normal operations in many regions. Despite work suspensions in some areas, the agency assures the public that core postal functions remain active wherever safely possible.

PHLPost continues to deliver critical documents, relief-related correspondence, and official government communications to ensure connectivity and support during emergencies.

The Central Mail Exchange Center (CMEC) remains fully operational, with disaster response protocols in effect. Operations are ongoing in unaffected areas, while suspended services will resume once conditions allow.

The agency also prioritizes the safety of its letter carriers and staff. Postal activities are being carried out in coordination with local disaster response offices and under strict safety protocols to safeguard both personnel and the integrity of mail deliveries.
