
Watsons Philippines has launched a new nationwide campaign that blends wellness and sustainability with social impact, as the health and beauty retailer unveiled its latest initiative dubbed “Hand in Hand For Good.”
More than just a marketing push, the campaign calls on Filipino consumers to make more mindful choices in their everyday lives—choices that benefit not only their health and well-being but also their communities and the planet.

Together, guided by our love for the planet, people, and sustainable choice products, we can create a greener and more sustainable future.”
The campaign centers around three pillars — People, Planet, and Products — bringing to life Watsons’ long-standing promise to create meaningful impact beyond the store shelves.
One of its core efforts is focused on strengthening health access through medical missions. The company has reaffirmed its commitment to the Alagang Pangkalusugan Medical Mission program, which offers free consultations and health screenings across the country. It is also continuing its partnership with Operation Smile Philippines to provide life-changing cleft surgeries for children.
Environmentally, Watsons is integrating sustainability into its retail operations. Many of its stores are now equipped with solar panels, inverter appliances, and LED lighting to reduce energy usage. Customers are encouraged to bring reusable bags and take part in Watsons’ “Recycle for Rewards” program by dropping off empty product containers in exchange for points or discounts—supporting a circular economy model.
The company is also helping consumers shop with purpose. Purchases at Watsons may now contribute to causes such as local eco-entrepreneurship, reforestation efforts, and funding medical missions. Every transaction, the company said, becomes a chance for consumers to “do good.”
Internally, Watsons team members are set to take part in outreach programs, environmental cleanups, and volunteer efforts — proving that the movement begins from within.
The campaign is part of the company’s broader philosophy: “Look Good. Do Good. Feel Great.” According to Watsons, this belief drives both its business model and community initiatives.
“Hand in Hand For Good” is now being rolled out across all Watsons stores nationwide. The public can also engage with the campaign via the Watsons App, available on the App Store and Google Play.
